Fien Muller and Hannes Van Severen have designed a writing desk that resembles a staircase due to its rotated shelves.
Muller Van Severen design their products inspired through everyday use of objects, and consider how a piece of furniture can have more than one use.
Writing Desk was created not as an attempt to innovate, but rather was born from a logical necessity. Questioning the way we position ourselves when we take a seat, Writing Desk features four shelves and a desk area.
The frame is made of tube steel bars and coloured polyethylene shelves, with all handwork done in Belgium.
