An intuitive gesture brings a new perspective to the archetypal form of the Ascent Table Lamp.
Featuring a uniquely height-adjustable shade, the higher you move it the brighter it gets, giving you complete control over the light's intensity and spread. Slide it down and light gradually dims, eventually turning off at its lowest position. This simple movement conceals a complex process of design and engineering by Norwegian designer Daniel Rybakken.
