Treku blends Nordic simplicity with the warmth of Mediterranean craftsmanship. Founded in 1947 by carpenter Jesús Aldabaldetreku in the coastal Basque town of Zarautz, the company grew from a rich local tradition of boatbuilding and woodworking. Today, under the direction of third-generation owners Xabier and Gorka Aldabaldetreku, Muebles Treku continues to produce contemporary furniture rooted in quality, honesty, and timeless design.

Among Treku’s most celebrated designs are the Lauki and Aura sideboards, offering customisable storage with refined colour and finish combinations. Each collection reflects Treku’s philosophy of balance – between heritage and innovation, precision and softness, tradition and modern living. Designed and manufactured in the picturesque Olaa region of Zarautz, every piece is made to order, combining sustainable materials with meticulous detailing.
