Product Story

Evoking an image of wings in flight, this sculptural floor lamp by Giopato & Coombes boasts delicate features in harmonious balance.

Merging the excellence of artisan Venetian manufacturing with advanced lighting technology, Giopato & Coombes create unique light installations with a strong aesthetic impact. The Wings Of The Wind Floor Lamp was first exhibited at Milano Design Week in 2018, as part of their Supernatural Daydream project.

With connecting elements in slender brass, semi-circular forms and straight lines are artfully combined with cylinders of lathe-cut glass. This one-of-a-kind piece emerged through the development and reinterpretation of the designers' catalogue pieces, echoing the visual language of the pair's Cirque Suspension Light
