Created by Swedish designer Johan Lindstén, the lamp merges functionalism with Scandinavian minimalism. Crafted entirely from steel, it features a rotating gear at its base, which changes the angle of the lamp via a small metal lever.
Because of its intuitive design, the Gear Table Lamp does not demand a large amount of space on the desk, and can instead be placed further away and perfectly angled to suit your needs.
In matte black, the lamp creates a striking contrast to light-coloured interiors and a compelling focal point in the workspace.
Also available with a double lamp head or as a large floor light. For more details please email [email protected] or call our showroom on 020 7278 8456.
From their Oslo base, this Norwegian lifestyle brand work with designers and innovators around the world to produce interior lighting, furniture and home accessories that takes cues from the nuance and luminance of their local surroundings to create table, floor and pendant lights that bring the essence of Norway to spaces across the world.
Viaduct favourites include the Birdy Lamp, a Modernist Scandinavian classic, created by Birger Dahl in 1952, and relaunched by Northern in 2011. In contrast to this, the Balancer Floor Lamp by Yuue has clean, architectural lines and classic geometrical shapes that make it a decidedly contemporary form. ..
The Lampe Gras No.205's archetypal aesthetic and strong functionality make for a 1920s design that was truly ahead of its time
