Introduced by Knoll in 1968, the Cesca Chair embodies Bauhaus ideals and Breuer’s innovative approach to material and form. Designed in 1928, its cantilevered steel frame, wooden accents, and woven cane seat created a new typology - furniture that appeared to float in space.
More than ninety years on, the Cesca Chair remains a modern classic, its blend of industrial and natural materials as timeless as ever. Designed for both traditional and contemporary spaces, Cesca is also available in a fully upholstered version or with a machine-woven seat.
Available in a range of upholstery options, and in bar and counter heights. Please email [email protected] for more information.
