Everyday objects that draw on Hannes and Fien's background in sculpture, Muller Van Severen's Cutting Boards change from decorative to functional with a simple interaction.

Made in thick polyethylene, a material normally found in the hospitality kitchen industry, the designer duo merge the visual and functional aspect of the chopping boards by hanging them together on a solid brass bar.

With a set of four boards in the distinguishable Muller Van Severen colour palette, the irregular shape of each piece is unique. The result is an interactive sculpture with an underlying functionality that makes an idiosyncratic and eye-catching addition to the kitchen.
