Thomas Bentsen's Loft Chair for Muuto is inspired by industrial detailing.
Featuring contrasting materials; the frame is powder-coated steel offset by the soft, tactile bent oak veneer seat and back, specially moulded to embrace the body.
The Loft chair references the design language of 20th-century design classics such as Jean Prouvé's Standard Chair and Friso Kramer's Result Chair. But by softening details and geometry, Bentsen has created a sleek, contemporary alternative.
- Dimensions: W.42 x D.48 x H.46/78 cm.
- Frame: Powder-coated steel frame in a choice of black, deep red, dusty green and grey.
- Seat and back: Natural oak veneer or black lacquered oak veneer (black base only).
- This item ships two to a box and is thus sold in multiples of two.
