A plastic chair that does not look like a plastic chair. That was the objective of Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec's Élémentaire Side Chair for Hay.

The calm and cohesive Élémentaire is a chair that combines the Bouroullec's years of design experience with cutting-edge technology. In spite of the Élémentaire's delicate appearance, the use of the reinforced polypropylene means that it is sturdy and robust, while it's clean silhouette adds an element of elegance.

Suitable for both indoors and outdoors, the Élémentaire Side Chair is also qualified for use in contract settings. Fulfilling the needs of both beauty and strength, the chair is available in a range of 6 versatile colours. An optional seat pad is also available on request.
