Inspired by architectural drawing tools, Viccarbe's Quadra Chair references the sleek form of the compass and the preciseness of the draughtsman's square.
Viccarbe describes Mario Ferrarini's design, with its two profiles, as "Two dancers in dialogue". The curved wooden seat offers warmth. The use of negative space in the design, providing a visual lightness that is accentuated by the refined metal profiles.
Built to last, the Quadra is a natural choice for demanding public spaces or the bustling family home. A choice of stackable to 10 chairs high is available (please note the seat profile is slightly slimmer on this version, see images for details.
Available online in three finishes; matt natural curved oak plywood with black or white powder-coated steel frame, and black ash stained plywood with black powder-coated steel frame. (wenge, cognac or white stain available upon request, see technical download for details).
