The All Plastic Chair borrows an archetypal form and gives it a fresh materiality, marking a change in both the appearance and function of this well-known seating typology.
The flexibility of plastic means that the frame can be cast as one piece, while the thin seat and back are precisely moulded for comfort. The organically shaped backrest is attached to the frame by rubber buffers, which flex gently with your body as it moves.
Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, the All Plastic Chair comes in a choice of two-tone colours that lend the Vitra APC a distinctive look and transport its classic shape into a contemporary context.
The All Plastic Chair is suited for use in the home as well as cafes, restaurants and other public settings. Available online in six two-tone colourways: white, ice-grey, brick, ivy, buttercup and graphite.
