Designer Hee Welling dedicated nearly a year to researching the right materials for &Tradition's Rely Chair.
“When it comes to the environment, we want to do the best job possible with the best materials available.” - Hee Welling.
Renowned for his minimalistic approach to design, Welling wished to create a chair that met a strict list of criteria. It would be crafted solely from sustainable materials, be easy to dismantle for replacing parts, and of course be comfortable for the sitter. His Rely chair for &Tradition realises this ambition.
Suitable for a variety of purposes, this refined, minimal design is available in a variety of bases and fabrics.
