The Eames RE DAW Plastic chair has a distinctive 'Eiffel' shaped base and is considered to be one of Charles & Ray Eames' most iconic designs.

Produced for New York's Museum of Modern Art Low-Cost Furniture Design Competition this design was the first industrially manufactured plastic chair.

Since the 1950s the organically shaped seat shell of the RE Plastic Side Chair has been combined with various bases and produced in the millions. It can also be supplied fully or partially upholstered upon request.

The 100% recycled shell of the RE Chair is made from recycled packaging via Germany's 'Yellow Bag' program and features a distinctive speckled appearance.

Offered online is the Eames RE Plastic DAW with Golden Maple legs with wire cross struts in Basic Dark.
