Design duo Salla Luhtasela and Wesley Walters, who form Kaksikko, have designed the Linea Akademia Chair for Nikari. Linea Akademia, as the name suggests, takes inspiration from designer Wesley Walters' Master's Thesis work at Aalto University, Helsinki.

With special attention to Finnish chair manufacturing, the Shaker style along with Japanese traditions, the result is a sophisticated and timeless wooden side chair. The design and construction embodies Nikari's foundation of impeccable Nordic craftsmanship. Available in Lacquered Oak, Black Stained Oak or Lacquered Ash.
