Designed by John Astbury for New Works, the Atlas Table is inspired by the mythical Titan condemned to bear the heavens on his shoulders.
Supporting the expansive tabletop, the robust legs of the Atlas incorporate the fundamental geometry of the circle and square, deriving its composition from these primary archetypes.
The join and distinction between the legs and table top are pivotal to the design of the table, enhancing its strong and powerful expression. Crafted with solidity and precision, it invites gatherings of all sizes to revel in its presence within the dining room.
Available online in Natural Oak or Fumed Oak in the following sizes:
