The Daumiller Armchair by Rainer Daumiller for Gubi was intended to withstand children's play and adult's parties.
Retro in its design, the Daumiller Armchair demonstrates Daumiller's relation with nature and his understanding of natural materials and forms. Inspired by the traditional Danish milking stool and the China Chair by Hans J. Wegner, the Daumiller Armchair is a robust design suitable for a range of indoor environments.
Originally produced by Hirthshals Sawmill in 1977, the bold expression of the armchair remains timeless. Crafted from certified solid pine, the ergonomically adapted seat contours to the body for a comfortable seating experience. Available in Black or Golden Pine.
