Emeco’s Kito Armchair designed by Naoto Fukasawa combines timeless simplicity with the natural warmth of solid wood.
Reflecting Fukasawa’s understated design philosophy, the Kito Armchair features a clean, seamless silhouette inspired by classic wooden chair archetypes. Its generous, inviting form balances comfort and durability, suited to both residential and contract interiors.
Crafted from sustainably sourced solid wood, Kito is available in White Oak, Black Stained Oak and Walnut. Its steam-bent construction allows the wood to be shaped with precision, creating a fluid form with minimal visible joinery. Developed in collaboration with Amish woodworkers in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, the collection celebrates material honesty, craftsmanship and enduring design.
