Designed by Tigg Coll Architects, Momento is a residential development shaped by the heritage of Hayes along with the needs of modern community.

Once an industrial powerhouse and centre of brickmaking, Hayes’ history sets the tone for the interior scheme. Tigg Coll blends tradition with contemporary living, pairing tactile materials, earthy tones and crafted details to create welcoming, communal environments.

Metalwork referencing the area’s industrial past sits alongside warm oak shelving, textured brickwork and natural finishes, forming spaces that feel grounded and connected to place.

The reception lounge and café provide relaxed areas to work, meet or unwind, while a helical staircase rises through the double-height entrance to a series of social lounges and quieter co-working zones. These spaces support a sense of community—some open, others more private and calm.

On the upper floor, the palette deepens to reflect more intimate uses. A party suite transitions to a games lounge and screen room. Muted tones, soft textiles and natural materials such as marble, stone and brick create an atmosphere that is both refined and comfortable, designed for residents of all ages.
