Designed in 1957 to complement the Pedestal range, the Tulip Side Chair features smooth lines distinctive of Eero Saarinen's work.
An exemplary use of the modern materials and techniques, the base is made of cast aluminium with Rilsan-coated finish while the seat shell is constructed of moulded fibreglass reinforced plastic bonded finish. The striking piece to have in the dining space, the Saarinen Side is available with or without arms.
The Saarinen Tulip range also comes in the Oval Dining Table, Round Dining Table and Side Table.
Price listed is for white shell with fixed base and seat cushion.
