Primarily concerned with sensation and colour, Odgaard creates pieces that speak to the senses through a considered choice of yarn and technique.
The Muuto Ply Rug features a broken twill structure that is hand-woven into a diagonal pattern. This method affects the surface in a way that is simultaneously calming and stimulating to the eye, while also adding a sense of depth to the rug. Often inspired by the historical elements of textiles, Odgaard has finished the Ply Rug with corner tassels in a subtle nod to craftsmanship and weaving techniques of the past.

- Medium: W.240 x H.170 cm.
