Inspired by the classic wooden stool but realised in extruded aluminium, the Déjà-vu Stool meets the requirements of modern living.

It was created following a lengthy process of study and refinement from designer Naoto Fukasawa, the Déjà-vu's form offers a sense of familiarity in keeping with his 'super normal' approach.

The use of aluminium ensures the stool's durability while remaining a lightweight piece of furniture. Offered in a polished or black painted finish (the latter of which is suitable for outdoor use), the Déjà-vu Stool exudes a discrete presence which lends itself well to a variety of settings.

Also available is the Déjà-vu Chair.

Magis Deja Vu Stools
Magis Logo White

: 'It all has to start with a good idea, because without a good idea there is no design—just a simple exercise in style.'

Magis operate on a factory free basis - preferring to work with smaller producers all based near their headquarters in the North East of Italy. The Magis design ethos is all about accessible design that is both poetic and functional.

Jasper Morrison, Konstantin Grcic, Ronan & Erwan Bouroullec, Naoto Fukasawa and Thomas Heatherwick are just some of the designers that have worked with Magis, contributing to their vast collection of pieces, each with its own story to tell and its own character to express. ..
