British designer Michael Young explores the relationship between technology, materiality, and contemporary life through his work. He founded Michael Young Studio in 1993, later expanding to Hong Kong in 2006 - a move that placed him at the heart of Asia’s design scene. His work is now recognised globally, with pieces held in museums from London to Shanghai.

In response to a changing world, he launched Michael Young Home, a brand focused on lighting, furniture, and homeware, reflecting his ongoing commitment to inventive, purposeful design.
