The A440 Pendant Light is the sleek evolution of Alvar Aalto's famed Bell Pendant Light, reimagined in satin opal glass.
Produced almost twenty years after its predecessor, the A440 replicates the same fluid lines while the mouth-blown glass provides a soft and even distribution of light. Its choice of materials combined with a sculptural form give the A440 a unique aesthetic appeal, ensuring that it is equally decorative whether turned on or off.
The light fitting is painted white, offering a unified expression that blends into varied interior styles, with a cord measuring 200 cm long for versatile applications. The A440 Pendant Light takes an E27 bulb with a maximum 60 watts.
