Hee Welling takes the easy expression of the About A Chair range and translates it into the versatile AAS32 stool.
Designed for Hay, award-winning Danish furniture designer Hee Welling has used simple forms and strong visual expression in creating the AAS32. As the son of a cabinetmaker, Welling has been captivated by materials and production techniques which he has applied in the making of his designs.
Its oak veneer legs are gently splayed, connected by a metal crossbar for additional stability and doubling up as a convenient footrest. The polypropylene seat curves subtly upwards at the back to provide additional comfort.
